1.Warranty Policy
Please Note: This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferrable.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the defect does not amount to a major failure.
Tonneau Covers & Trailer Covers:
- 3 years against manufacturing and material faults under normal use.
- If you wish to make a warranty claim please contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) Number.
- The RA number will need to be clearly written on the outside of the packaging when the goods are returned to us for processing.
Wildback Canopy Covers:
- 2 years against manufacturing and material faults under normal use.
- If you wish to make a warranty claim please contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) Number.
- The RA number will need to be clearly written on the outside of the packaging when the goods are returned to us for processing.
Rubber Mats & Accessories:
- 1 year against manufacturing and material faults under normal use.
- If you wish to make a warranty claim please contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) Number.
- The RA number will need to be clearly written on the outside of the packaging when the goods are returned to us for processing.
Any unauthorised returns will be refused by our Receiving Department and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
2.Returns Policy
We realise that things don't always go as expected, and sometimes goods may have to be returned e.g. you have received the wrong item, or maybe you have just changed your mind. In all cases, please email us to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) Number and the RA number will need to be clearly written on the outside of the packaging when the goods are returned to us for processing.
General Returns Policy:
If a product is wrongly described, faulty or damaged, you may choose between a replacement or refund. Under these circumstances Aussie Tonneaus will pay all of the return freight charges. Please note that items will need to be returned in their original condition in terms of both the product and its packaging.
'Change of Mind' Returns:
Aussie Tonneaus will accept ‘change of mind’ returns for 30 days from receipt of delivery at management’s discretion, and restocking fees may be charged. In such cases the buyer is responsible for all postage costs. Products must be returned in unused and like-new working condition to receive a full refund. Please understand that we are a manufacturer and some of our products are made to order, therefore unfortunately in some cases we are not able to accept ‘change of mind’ returns.

Please note: Due to the nature of our custom Tray Covers and Canopies, all sales are final. We take pride in creating products that perfectly match your specific needs, and to ensure a perfect fit, we manufacture them according to the exact measurements you provide.

Christmas Holiday Returns:
We understand that everyone is busy during the Christmas Holiday period and sometimes things can be overlooked. We have therefore developed our holiday Returns Policy to give you some extra time this Christmas to do the things you want to do without having to worry about your online purchases.
Therefore, all tonneau covers shipped by AussieTonneaus.com.au between December 1st and December 31st in any particular year, may be returned up until January 31st the following year, for a full refund, subject to our other return guidelines, which are listed on this page, being met.
