Dispatch & Delivery Time

All of our products are made to order and generally take 1 to 2 business days to be dispatched, though we have everything typically out the door within 24 hours of ordering. Delays can also occur during peak buying periods so please see below for approximate handling times for your product.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email notifying you that your order has been shipped, this email will also inform you of the tracking information so that you can follow your delivery online!

Once your order leaves our warehouse in Melbourne Victoria, transit times will vary depending on the destination of your order and the method by which it was shipped, however, most orders will generally be delivered within 2 and 12 business days. Please see the indication list below.

All delivery time frames are approximate and are subject to variables outside of our control. If you have a specific delivery deadline please contact us and we will make arrangements with you wherever possible to meet your requirements.


PO Box & Parcel Locker Deliveries

The couriers we use to send your goods can’t deliver to Australia Post-owned properties (this includes post offices, PO boxes, locked bags, parcel lockers or parcel collect locations) because Australia Post restricts delivery to these locations. Please provide a residential address or business address for all deliveries. 

International Delivery

We now offer delivery to our friends in New Zealand. We are currently using two couriers to ship into New Zealand, our Standard shipping option will be sent via Fastway Couriers and our Express shipping option will go via TNT Express Couriers.

All Tonneau Covers, Tray Covers and Trailer Covers:

  • Standard Shipping (Fastway Couriers): Free
  • Express Shipping (TNT Couriers): $52 NZD

Light Rubber Mats:

  • Standard Shipping (Fastway Couriers): $36 NZD

Wildback Canopies:

  • Standard Shipping (Fastway Couriers): Free
  • Express Shipping (TNT Couriers): $131 NZD

Heavy Rubber Mats:

  • Standard Shipping (Fastway Couriers): $103 NZD

Christmas Closure 2023/2024

Please note that we will be closed over the Christmas/New Year period between the following dates:

Manufacturing: Closed Monday 19th December until the 8th of January.
Office: Closed Friday 22nd December until the 3rd of January.
