it's good alternative to all these 900aud tonneaus BUT:
- to open tailgate you have to pull it up off the whole lip and then push it all back on again once you close it - task not for women's fingers, and when you think about it, just start throwing stuff on the seats, floor, just not to open it. on the good side, this lip creates a strong cross bar on the flimsy backing of the tailgate.
- it seats on one rail quite high, creating one big hump, looks ugly but works - look at the last but one picture of the gallery (not the first one) to see the real look.
- it is light (really light) and strong and doesn't break down in the sun and main thing that it uses J-hook which clamps onto the front lip of the tub and doesn't steal ANY room at the front of the tray BUT if you need to roll it up, it just slips off, so you have to leave it altogether somewhere and start full installation once you want it back on again..

I purchased a Tonneau Cover- D40 Navara, it took 3 weeks to be delivered to me from Melbourne. I received parcels from the US faster. When I contacted the company directly, no reply for days. Got told it was with courier company and out of their control. Didn't want to help me.

Bought this canopy instead of a hard style one like the smart cap. Sure they hard ones look slick, but the openings are small & the box itself is real heavy. This wild back canopy came flat packed. Myself & my 8 yr old built this following the instructions with the minimal tools detailed. Took less than an hour from opening the box to my wife & I lifting it onto the ute. 8 bolts to secure it to the style side which equates to only 8 bolts to remove & have full ute capabilities again

I needed to trim mat, no problems.

The cover came as a blank as our Ute had existing buttons on the sides and tailgate. It was a perfect fit and easy to install.
